FixaCheck helps homeowners check repair and service quotes before approving work. Supported service categories vary; HVAC is currently our first fully supported specialty. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we may collect

- ZIP code or general location of the project
- HVAC and home-repair project details
- Contractor estimate details, uploaded estimates and supporting documents
- Equipment information
- Automated AI analysis and report results
- Professional-review information, when that service is used
- Reviewer applications and credentials, for people applying to review quotes
- Payment status and transaction references
- Usage, security and log information, such as device and browser details
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. FixaCheck does not directly store full payment-card numbers. We keep payment status and transaction references so we can confirm purchases and help with billing questions.

Documents you upload are used to provide the analysis or review you requested.
Professional reviewers
When professional review is offered, reviewers should receive only the information needed to perform the review. Reviewers' private credential and contact information is not shown to customers.
Contractors
We do not sell customer information to contractors for influence over FixaCheck results. Contractors cannot pay to change analysis, scores, recommendations or professional findings. Nothing is shared with contractors without your permission.
