What FixaCheck does

FixaCheck gives homeowners an independent second look at contractor estimates, covering price, scope, equipment, technical recommendations and contract risks.

• Free is an automated preliminary analysis.
• FixaCheck Pro is a full AI-generated analysis. Free and Pro reports are automated and based on the information you provide. They are not reviewed by a person.
• HVAC Expert Verified, when it launches, adds a review by a qualified HVAC professional. It is not currently available for purchase.
• Available service categories may vary. HVAC is currently the only fully supported category. Professional Expert Verified review is offered only for categories where FixaCheck has qualified reviewers and has enabled that service.

Advisory decision-support only

FixaCheck provides advisory decision-support. FixaCheck:

• is not the contractor performing the work
• does not perform an onsite inspection
• is not an engineering inspection or engineering service
• cannot guarantee that information supplied by a contractor or customer is complete or accurate
• cannot guarantee workmanship, savings, or a particular repair outcome
• cannot guarantee that every defect or issue will be identified
• does not replace onsite diagnosis where onsite diagnosis is reasonably necessary

FixaCheck does not license contractors or guarantee their work. You remain responsible for deciding whether to hire a contractor or approve work.

Professional reviews

When offered, professional reviewer opinions are independent remote reviews based on the information submitted. They are not onsite inspections.
