Pro is an automated analysis. It may begin immediately after your payment is confirmed, so the service is usually delivered within moments of purchase.

Expert Verified — $59 (coming soon)

Expert Verified is not yet available for purchase. When it launches, professional work may begin after payment and assignment to a reviewer.

When to contact us

• You were charged more than once
• Your payment went through but your report was not delivered
• A technical problem prevented your report from being completed
• An Expert review was not delivered
• Any other billing issue that needs a person to look at it

Send a request through the Support page and choose "Payment/Billing". Include your report reference if you have it.

How requests are reviewed

Refunds are not automatic. Each request is reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable law. If a refund is approved, it goes back to the original payment method through Stripe.
